Frozen Yogurt Pops

Now that summer is over, FINALLY! The weather should be starting to cool off a little. Sadly this is not the truth. Perth's first week of autumn was still ridiculously hot and I don't think it's showing any signs of cooling down any time soon. So this quick little recipe should be useful to those still experiencing summer weather in autumn and those who are entering spring in the northern hemisphere.

Frozen yogurt in Australia has grown ever popular and often people choose this option over the good old fashion icecream because for 'health' reasons (the commercial stuff is basically just as bad, sorry?). But this recipe is much better for you and completely customisable to your preference and well... Just plain cute.

All you will need is
A tub of your favourite yogurt (mine is the five:am vanilla)
Any flavourings of your choice i.e. Vanilla extract
Silicon Cake Pop Mould
Cake pop sticks
Piping bag / snap lock bag

Take your yogurt and add your flavourings, mixing till all combined. If you prefer it to be sweeter add a few teaspoons of sugar.

Transfer the yogurt mixture into the piping bag or snap lock bag. Cut off a small corner of the bag.

Pipe the yogurt into the moulds through the small hole until full.

Place the sticks into the mould and place into the freezer over night.

Remove the mould to reveal your refreshing icy treats.

Enjoy!

All my love xx
