The World of Food Blogging!

Something of recent interest of mine is the ever popular food blog. Food was my first love. Growing up in an Italian family always meant great food and I honestly don't know where I would be without my mums cooking. I myself cook quite a bit. I like to experiment and often try new recipes whereas my mum sticks with the staples which we have all the time, they are delicious but it's nice to have different meals everynow and then.

I am cooking a lot more than ever before and really getting into snapping a few pictures of my creations. For some this may bore you but I absolutely adore food photography, Donna Hay being a massive inspiration of mine, I am going to post the odd recipe alongside photographs of my creations hopefully making them look as delectable as Donna does (no but seriously, she makes liver patte look good!). I really hope this different side to my blog works out as it is something I am extremely passionate about and I pray that people actually enjoy it as much as I do. So with that I'm going to leave you with a picture of a cake I made for Mother's Day, just because why not!?

And yes I made every inch of this cake from scratch (including the Marshmallow Fondant - recipe coming soon)
