Fast and Easy Tim Tam Truffles

As Christmas is just around the corner, you may be running around like a maniac trying to buy those last minute gifts but failing miserably because everything is sold out or just love - like me, giving homemade edible gifts.

I have just the thing for you! With only 3 ingredients you can make these Aussie favourite truffles, using of course the good Ol fashioned Tim Tam!

Like most of the recipes on my blog, these are adjustable to your preferences. You could use the original Tim Tams, the white chocolate ones or even the weird and wacky flavours available but for the sake of all Australian citizens, please do not use the cheese flavoured ones as it brings such shame to our nation.

So how do you make these super easy and quick truffles?

Ingredients
- 1 packet of Tim Tams
- 1/4 cup of condensed milk
- Coconut (enough to cover the truffles)

1. In a food processor blitz up the Tim Tams till no large chunks are present in the mixture. If you do not have a food processor, place biscuits in a sealed sandwich bag and bash with a rolling pin or mallet.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the condensed milk and biscuit crumbs until pliable to form balls. If the mixture is too dry, add more condensed milk.
3. Roll the truffles in the dessicated coconut until covered and place on a prepared plate or board.
4. Place in fridge for a minimum of 20 minutes to chill and set.
5. Serve and enjoy!
