New Year, New Blog

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Welcome to 2016 and welcome to my new blog. Well it's still the same Ol thing, just a little different. I'm constantly changing up my blogs appearance and format because frankly I'm never completely satisfied with the way it looks. I've changed it completely from what it used to be back when I published my first post and thank god for that! 

This year I want to really put more time, effort and money behind my blog because I do enjoy having it, despite my inconsistent blog schedule and my consistent broken promises. This new layout is me trying to convince myself that this is a proper thing and that real people actually visit it by choice. I don't know why I have a hard time trying to grasp that but I do. 

I'm going to make this blog, my little getaway. Despite the fact that I want to put out posts regularly and make them interesting enough for people to read them, I don't want to feel like I'm being pressured into producing content that I'm not happy with just to get something out in time- which was exactly my whole '12 Days Of Blogging" series, but that's for another day.

I guess I just wanted to say hello, and welcome back (or even welcome for you new readers!), last year wasn't too great, but this year is going to be better* particularly here (I hope). Bring on 2016.
