Green Tea Face and Body Mist

It's no doubt that summer weather is well and truely amongst us. Despite it being only Spring here in Perth, we are receiving ridiculously high temperatures already! Now I can't stand the heat so I do everything in my power to avoid 30+ degree temperatures let alone 45 DEGREES!!!

I came up with this quick little DIY to help cool me down on those blistering heat days and thought I'd share it with you for all my fellow winter bodies. This face and body mist is made with green tea which is packed full of antioxidants and other skin benefits as well as keeping you cool and fresh. It's also super simple to make and can be stored in the fridge for quite some time but I doubt it will last that long if we continue with this weather!

All you need is
- 1 Green Tea bag
- 250ml Boiling water
- 250ml Capacity spray bottle

Method
Prepare tea by adding the boiling water to a heatproof glass or mug. Allow to infuse and cool.

Once cooled pour tea into the spray bottle and place in fridge to chill.

---

Ands that's it! Just spray the fine mist all over your face and body and enjoy the cooling sensation it gives. Keep in the fridge or take it to the beach!

Hope you enjoy using this quick little DIY spray and thanks for reading!

All my love x
